Bend Sinister's 4th official record, SPRING ROMANCE was recorded in Feb 2010, and quickly released June 02 of the same year as an online/tour EP. The band had recently won 50,000 from a BC music contest put on by the peak 100.5 (a local radio station) and spent most of the year out east in Canada/US touring and promoting the new EP and its songs. Howard Redikopp recorded and produced the album, and directed by management and the label, SPRING ROMANCE was the bands most pop, radio friendly, produced album to date. Nevertheless "Things will get Better" recieved much regonition as the single and made the 'Best 10 songs of 2010' list from Grant Lawrence on CBC3, and the album also contains a live version of "Don't let us bring you down" one of Dans personal favorite songs to date.
